RxCuris is the Network's flagship patient facing web hub empowering patients with product based support information and access at and after the point of care. RxCuris can be utilized by health care providers, patients and care givers in the office and out of the office. The web hub is geared to streamline and bolster provider treatment communication and increase patient understanding of the product value beyond the pill. RxCuris empowers the user with knowledge and support driving decreased abandonment as well as increased brand awareness and loyalty.

RPhSupport is PharmaHelps point of purchase facing web hub where patients increasingly are turning and generating overwhelming pharmacist requests more product based patient support information. RPhSupport can be utilized by pharmacists behind or in front of the counter to assist patients with financial and non-financial support. The aggregated information on web hub makes the site multipurpose for the user. Pharmacists use the web hub to improve their customers experience by supporting Medication Therapy Management sessions, regular customer consults, and decreasing abandonment for financial reasons. RPhSupport is designed to streamline and improve brand information access for pharmacists and bolster their patient communication of product value beyond the pill.

The PharmaHelps Network also cultivates a growing number of local website affiliates. We offer free website embeds which distribute product support information through provider, pharmacy, patient organizations, and other healthcare organizations (hospitals, clinics, etc) websites. 

In 2015, the Network intends to add a mobile application to its digital ecosystem. The mobile application will allow physicians and other providers to generate product based “support reports” directly from their mobile device. In the future the mobile apps capabilities will be improved to include new data streams that are currently in development.
